Level One is ideal for beginners and covers notation, major and minor scales, key signatures, triads and 4-part chords, diatonic chords and alterations.
Level Two covers the chords and substitutions used in jazz and pop styles (with many progression examples from well-known songs) as well as voice leading, "upper structure" voicings and blues & pentatonic scale applications.
Level Three covers all commonly used chords including extensions and alterations, scale sources, melody harmonization, polychords and advanced voicings using our "contemporary shape concept". Audio recordings are also available with the Level Three book.
